2. Alternately, you can find your part by selecting
   the manufacturer, model and serial number.
3. Describe the symptoms and click "Get RA#."
4. Select your shipping and payment method.
5. Receive your Repair Authorization number (RA#).
6. Print your shipping label (for domestic shipments only).
7. Pack and ship your non-working part to us.
