Installation

When installing a replacement motor, belt tension must be set as follows:
85 lbs +/- 5 (39 kgs +/- 2) 80-90 lbs (36-41 kgs)
Too much tension will likely result in a broken motor shaft and NGS warranty will not cover this.

Inside the continental U.S Limited Warranty (6 months):

Failure within 30 days of Invoice date. Replacement sent out with UPS RS label for defective.
Failure after 30 days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with UPS RS label will be issued.

Outside the continental U.S. Limited Warranty (6 months)

Failure within 6 Months of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) issued for warranty repair. All shipping costs to and from NGS at customer's expense.
