This is a fully reconditioned part with a one year limited warranty.
Exchange option not available outside the continental U.S.
The exchange item being purchased must match the core that it is replacing.
A core charge of $85.00 will be charged if a serviceable core is not returned 30 days after invoice date.

Limited Warranty (one year):

Failure within 90 Days of Invoice date. Replacement will be shipped out.
Failure after 90 Days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with Call Tag will be issued.
Warranty is limited to either one exchange or one repair attempt. If the problem persists, the original cost of the will be refunded with no further action required by NGS.
