The 5KG Technique Training Bar is a great tool for teaching correct form to lifters of all ages. Both the shaft and sleeves are constructed of high-quality aluminum and it's been designed to meet IWF specification. The distance between the collars is the same as a competition barbell making the transition smoother as the lifter progresses.
Warranty: Limited Lifetime Under Normal Use: Excludes bending. The original owner is protected against bending and manufacturer defects, so long as it's not under negligent use, i.e., dropping on racks, unapproved surfaces.
