If you order the wrong part or if we erred in a shipment, return the part within 30 days of invoice date and pay no restocking fee. If the return is caused by our error, we will email or fax a prepaid UPS return sticker to you. Otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility. Here is how to return your item(s).
1. Contact us at 1-800-GYMPART (1-800-496-7278) for a Return Authorization Number.
2. Carefully package up the parts to return and arrange for shipping.
3. Be sure the parts ship within 30 days of the date of the invoice for no restocking fee.
5. Any change or alterations of parts voids the warranty.
6. Returns apply only to standard stock National Gym Supply inventory items.
