Our New Repair Authorization App makes the repair
process easy. Here's how it works:

Your Part
First, log in to the Repair Authorization App. Before we can create your authorization, we need some important information from you.
- Shipping Method: Select how you want us to ship your repaired parts.
- Payment Method: Select your pre-approved method of payment or add a new payment method.
- Purchase Order Number: Enter your PO or reference number.
- Shipping Address: Pick from your list of stored addresses or add a new address.
- Select the part(s) you need repaired: Enter the items manufacturer, equipment type and model Then you will see a listing of the items we repair. Add more parts to the list if necessary.
- Once you have completed your part, a Repair Authorization number will be generated. Please write that number on the box(es) you are shipping.
Our Part
Here is what you can expect from us.
- Order Tracking: We keep you up-to-date with the entire repair process.
- Email Status Reports: We will send you a confirming email when we receive your shipment and again when the repairs are complete.
- Email Shipment notification: When we return your part, we will provide you with shipping notification and package tracking information.
- Repair Status Update: We will stay in touch: If we find nothing wrong with your part, or if we cannot repair your part, we will contact you to discuss your options.
