Return & Exchange ProgramFollow these instructions when sending in a part for repair:1. Complete the web purchase of the item you want repaired. You will be given a SALES ORDER number at the conclusion of the purchase. 2. Write the SALES ORDER number on the outside of the shipping box. 3. Send in the part to be repaired. Remember to package it carefully. We are not responsible for parts that arrive damaged. 4. Upon receipt of your part you will receive and confirming email. 5. Once the part is repaired you will be notified either by email or phone that your part has shipped. 6. If there is a problem with repairing your part, we will contact you.
